ASSISTANT TO THE DOCTOR OF DENTAL MEDICINE

Due to the exceptional interest in practising the profession of dental assistant, CVT Hippocrates offers it to all those wishing to acquire a new professional qualification in the field of health care.

Requirements to applicants are completed secondary education and a medical certificate that they are physically and mentally healthy to exercise the profession “Assistant of the physician in dental medicine”, as well a strong desire to acquire new knowledge and fulfilment as professionals in their field.

The qualification course takes place within 9 months, and the form of training remains the weekend course from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The participants will study the legal regulatory framework, communication, computer technologies, English, hygienic norms, health care, economic subjects, etc.

The objectives of the training are that graduates are able to apply the professionally obtained knowledge and use it in practice in their work in various health and dental centres, institutions and offices by supporting administrative activities, providing various training information to patients, assisting in the efficiency of performed manipulations, preparing the patient for the treatment, sterilizing instruments, etc.

The completed vocational training, along with the acquisition of third grade of the professional qualification, is certified by a certificate of professional qualification after passing a state examination in theory and practice. Trainees, who have not passed the state examinations for acquiring a grade of professional qualification, will receive a certificate of vocational training.

VTC Hippocrates trains those working in dental offices following an individual programme for the acquisition of licensed capacity.

The price of the courses is:

ASSISTANT OF THE DOCTOR OF DENTAL MEDICINE – 1980 lv.

10% of the value of the course is paid on registration in order to reserve a place.

The remaining amount must be paid by the beginning of the course if a sufficient number of course participants have registered or will be refunded.
